Dr. Garner was born in 1952 and raised in Dublin, Georgia. He attended Valdosta State College, graduating in 1974. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1978, and completed his internship at the Medical Center of Columbus, Georgia in 1979. After completing his residency in 1981 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, he joined Dublin Medical Center. Dr. Garner is married to the former Lee Weaver from Dublin, Georgia and has a son and a daughter, Evan & Dorrie.
Dr. Williamson was born in Dublin, Georgia in 1956 and was a 1974 graduate of Dublin High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Georgia Southern College in 1978. Dr. Williamson received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1982, where he completed his residency and served as chief of residents in 1985. Dr. Williamson joined the Medical Center in 1985. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1985 and an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Williamson was awarded the distinction of Fellow in 1999. Dr. Williamson is married to the former Vickie Shirley of Austell, Georgia and they have two sons, Mark and David.
Dr. Samson was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1968. He attended Georgia Southern University, graduating in 1990. He received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in 1994 and completed his internship and residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in 1997. Dr. Samson joined Dublin Medical Center in 1997. He is married to the former Dawn Bridges from Jeffersonville, Georgia. They have three children - Layson, Janie, and Madeline.
Dr. Tate was born in 1969 and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1997. In 2000, he completed his Family Medicine Residency at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina. He joined Dublin Medical Center in 2002.
Dr. Tate is married to the former Caroline Hollingsworth from Dublin, Georgia. They have three daughters - Madison, Lindsey, and MaryAnsley.
Dr. Kolbie was born in 1972 and raised in Mitchell County, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia for undergraduate training and received his medical degree from The Medical University of the Americas in 2006. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia in 2009, when he later joined Dublin Medical Center. He is married to the former Sara Roberts of Cairo, Georgia. They have four children - Luke, Anna, Ben, and Kate.
Dr. Deeves was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, where she majored in Biology and minored in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. In 2010, she completed her Family Medicine residency at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia, where she was chief resident. She joined Dublin Medical Center in 2010. She is accepting new patients and looks forward to taking care of you. Dr. Deeves is married to David Deeves, from Barrie, Ontario, in Canada, who is a retired Pro Hockey Player.
Dr. Waters was born and raised in the Thomasville, Georgia area. He attended Valdosta State University for undergraduate degree in biology, in 2005. He attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies, graduating with his medical degree in 2012. Dr. Waters completed his residency training at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia, in 2015, when he was named chief resident. After completing residency, he joined Dublin Medical Center. Dr. Waters is married to India Waters, also from the Thomasville, Georgia area. Together they have 3 daughters: Jade, Jaylee and Jenevieve.
